180 g *Fermented tofu
4 CT *Sweet soy sauce
100 g *Long grain rice
75 g *Cooked chickpeas
0.5 cc *Fresh ginger
30 cl *Water
*Salt and pepper
1 CT *Coriander
Preparazione

*Prepare the ingredients.

*Mix the tofu and half the soy sauce in a recipient. Set aside.
Step 3 /7
*Pour the rice, chickpeas, other half of the sauce, ginger, water, salt and pepper into the bowl.

*Place in the Airfry basket.
Step 5 /7
*Pour the tofu into the basket.
Step 6 /7
*Steam & crisp cooking.

*Serve hot. Sprinkle with coriander.
